Dr. Tawnya Pfitzer
Dr. Tawnya Pfitzer was raised all over the world as the daughter of a military pilot and is a graduate of Agua Fria Union High School. She attended the University of Arizona on the Presidential Scholarship where she was a member of the honors college. She then graduated with honors from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in SanFrancisco, California where she received her DPM degree. Following podiatry school Dr. Pfitzer completed a surgical residency at Northridge Hospital in Van Nuys, California.
In addition to her training in the general practice of medicine and surgery, Dr. Pfitzer has had extensive training in the diagnosis management as well as the surgical treatment of chronic wounds. She maintains an interest in teaching by participating in the training of podiatry students from Midwestern University in Glendale. Biomechanics, sports medicine and pediatrics continue to be an area of interest for her as well. Dr. Pfitzer brings a gentle hand and a kind touch to her practice. She lives locally with her husband and two daughters.

Dr. Randall Brower
Dr. Brower graduated from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center, College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in 2001. He then completed an intensive 3-year foot and ankle trauma and reconstructive residency at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University. This is the most dedicated foot and ankle residency training available in the U.S. to any podiatrist or orthopedist. Dr. Brower also completed a fellowship in pediatric reconstruction and orthopedic trauma at the Pusan National University Hospital In Pusan, Korea. He has been in practice since 2004.
Dr. Brower specializes in treating pediatric deformities, sports injuries, heel pain, bunions, hammertoes and arthritic conditions of the foot and ankle. Dr. Brower focuses on exhausting non-surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions first before discussing surgical options.
Dr. Brower was raised in St. Johns, Arizona. He attended Arizona State University. He enjoys all sports but loves golf, soccer and hiking. He is married and has six daughters and a male dog.
